Enhancing the ministerial gifts of laity and clergy for the benefit of individuals, congregations, communions, and the wider Body of Christ.

CRTC will become a regional leader in strengthening the human capacity for ministry and will become financially viable.

CRTC strives to achieve the following objectives:
  1. To provide theological education for laity and continuing education for clergy;
  2. To equip laity for ministries;
  3. To recruit for ordained and commissioned ministries; and
  4. To secure resources for implementation of operating plans.
